1. Acceptance

By creating an account, posting a position, or submitting an application, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy & Security policy.

2. Accounts & eligibility

You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials confidential. Recruiter accounts may go through a verification review before receiving a verified badge. You are responsible for activity under your account.

3. User content & uploads

Resumes, photos, identity documents, company and recruiter logos, and other information you upload remain yours. You grant HireYid a limited licence to store and process this content solely to operate the service for you — never to sell or share it. See Privacy & Security for who can view uploads.

4. Verification

A verified badge indicates a recruiter completed our review at a point in time. It is not a guarantee of any employer's conduct. Applicants should still use their own judgment.

5. Payments & Pro

Pro is $99/month, billed from the day you start, recurring until cancelled. Verification of a Pro account is granted only after HireYid's manual review. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. Acceptable use

No fraudulent listings, harassment, scraping, misrepresentation, or attempts to access data that isn't yours. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

7. No warranty & limitation of liability

During launch the service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, HireYid is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be surfaced in the app. Continued use means acceptance.

Privacy & Security

Who can see uploads & applications

• The recruiter you applied to — and only that recruiter's team — can view the resume, photo and details you submit to their position. Applying to one recruiter never exposes your information to any other.
• The HireYid administrator can access identity uploads strictly for verification and support, under access logging.
• No one else. Your data is never shared with, sold to, or leaked to other recruiters, advertisers, or third parties — ever.

How it's protected

• Data encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest.
• Per-recruiter access scoping enforced on the server — an account can only ever query its own applicants.
• Uploads stored privately with short-lived signed access links, not public URLs.
• Access to identity documents is logged and audited.
• You can request deletion of your data at any time.
